Terms and Conditions KIS88 – Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the platform KIS88, including the website, mobile app, games and all related services provided by KIS88. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the kis88 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of remaining funds.

• Kis88 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time if required.
• Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Kis88 accepts deposits via a range of secure and trusted payment methods, including FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay. All deposits are credited to your account shortly after successful payment verification.

4.1 Deposit Limits

4.2 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details you enter are correct. kis88 is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect information provided by the user when making a deposit. Funds already credited to a gaming account cannot be reversed except in specific circumstances that are clearly substantiated.

Fund withdrawals from your kis88 account are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in your own name. kis88 strives to process all valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the payment method and account verification level.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to KIS88's current policy.

5.2 Processing Time

6.1 General Bonus Terms

7.1 Game Fairness

7.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, kis88 will resolve the situation based on the session data recorded in our system. Decisions made by the system under conditions of technical disruption are final, subject to server records.

Kis88 platform users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system or payment system.
• Money Laundering: Using the kis88 platform for money laundering or any criminal financial activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly in multi-player games.

Either you or kis88 may terminate your account at any time. However, termination is subject to the following conditions:

10.1 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the KIS88 support team. Prior to closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible funds from your account. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account once a brief review has been completed.

10.2 Termination by KIS88

Kis88 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Your account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Your account has been inactive beyond the period specified under KIS88's current policy.

The kis88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, kis88 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Kis88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or funds due to service disruptions.
• Losses due to technical failures, communication disruptions or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.

Kis88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

For non-material amendments — such as grammar corrections, terminology clarifications, or formatting changes — such amendments may take effect immediately without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendments, you have the right to terminate your account. Continued use of the kis88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of that amendment.
